You can relax in our outdoor heated saltwater pool which has been designed to give you a quiet relaxing environment. Located in its own area - away from it all - you can unwind with a book and a nice cold drink. Pool open May-October.
Located in our pool complex, the sauna is available to relax in all year round. Relax and de-stress in the hot steam, then reinvigorate with a bracing cold shower.
We have accommodation to suit all needs. Our well-equipped studio gites for couples or small families, our wooden chalet for larger families or our self-contained apartment with its own kitchen/diner and private terrace for groups up to 12 people.
This region of France is famous for its local produce - Limousin beef, chataignes and, a little further into the Dordogne, truffles and foie gras. Heidi has created menus that combine good home cooking with these local specialties to showcase the region. We source a lot of produce locally as well as using our own home-grown La Ribière ingredients.
We have created a number of walks in and around La Ribière. Each is designed to show you some of the stunning nature that we have to offer including well-established specimen trees from around the world as well as the birds and wildlife.
If you enjoy wildlife, then here at La Ribière we have an abundance for you to see. From butterflies and birds to wild deer. The diversity of birds alone is staggering, - owls, buzzards, golden oriole, kingfishers... to name just a few.
